Answers about our services and facilities:

No 24-hour reception service: Our hotel does not have a 24-hour reception service. However, our top priority is personal service and attention. We welcome you in person or as personal as possible. Guests arriving after hours will receive a key code to check in with the 24 hour keylocker. This keylocker is located on the left of the front door and uses a keycode provided at your reservation. In need of any assistance? We offer an emergency number in the keylocker, so you can contact us at any time. As simple as that!

Breakfast: From 01-01-2023 we don’t offer breakfast anymore. In our lobby you can enjoy various coffees & teas, fruit and snacks from 8:30 to 11:00, all to-go and free! Nearby the Hotel are plenty of options for having a great breakfast, off course we can help you with tips.

Extra bed: Our spacious guest rooms offer the opportunity to stay cozy as a family or group – based on 3 or 4 persons per room. The cost for one extra bed is € 35,00 per guest, per night. The cost for a baby coth is € 10, – per bed, per night. Please inform which rooms offer 3 or 4 beds.

Pets: Not allowed.

No elevator: Our historic building is not equipped with an elevator. We recommend our guests to take that into account. Our guest rooms are spread over four floors; Rooms 1 and 2 are located on the first floor, rooms 3 and 4 on the second, rooms 5 and 6 on the thirth floor and room 7 on the fourth floor. The apartment is located in the backside on the first floor.

Check-in & out: Check-in 14.00 – 00.00 o’clock. Check-out 8.30 – 11.00 o’clock. * Sunday the reception is closed at 13.00 o’clock. You can check in with the keylocker. Guests are welcome to store their luggage with us from 11.00 am.

Guarantee procedure hotel:
 We need to always guarantee your credit card details. This is a standard hotel procedure, no money will be debited in advance from your credit card. The data is used to deposit an amount in case of no show or damage to the room. If you do not have a credit card, we require a full deposit by bank.

Payment method: You pay at check-out. In case you leave early you can pay at check in. It’s possible to pay by Visa, V-Pay, AMEX, Maestro, Bankcard and cash.
